Yared Zema International Hotel

Yared Zema has 60 rooms, with standard single rooms starting at $65 per night, king-sized double rooms and twin rooms starting at $75 per night and junior suite rooms starting at $130 per night. 

The rooms are furnished in local style, Ethiopian art adorns the walls, and the rooms have wooden floors and the usual furniture, but are otherwise quite basic.

Rooms have views of Axum from their windows, Wi-Fi (albeit unreliable), private bathrooms, wardrobes and flat-screen TVs. Junior suites have a larger seating area and a Jacuzzi. We suggest you get a room on the higher levels at the back of the hotel in order to avoid the inevitable street noise. A laundry service is available at the hotel. 

There is a large, traditional restaurant at Yared Zema Hotel, with Ethiopian and international food on offer. Breakfast buffet is available here, and is included in your room price.

The hotel also has a café and a bar, as well as a pleasant outdoor terrace. There is also a gym, as well as a spa and massage service. Airport transfers can be arranged from the front desk.
